Section 01-004  Admission Policies:  Immunization Certificates
The USD 263 Board of Education will implement and enforce the provisions of Senate Bill 575 and KSA 72-5211.  The statutes delineate the diseases for which immunization shall be required for all students prior to enrollment in USD 263 attendance centers.  The required immunization series, as specified by law, shall be completed by all students prior to enrollment in USD 263 attendance centers.  Students not meeting the provisions of Senate Bill 575 and KSA 72-5211 shall be excluded from attending USD 263 attendance centers until such time as all requirements of the law are satisfied.  Any exceptions to this policy shall have the prior approval of the Superintendent of Schools.
