Section 01-005  Admission Policies:  Non-Residents
Students in grades K-12 who are not legal residents of the district will not be admitted to the schools of USD 263 unless they meet one or more of the provisions for "out-of-district" students, as set forth in Article 10, Section 10-020, of this BOE Policy Handbook.
