Section 02-003  Election of Officers and Authority of the Board
The Board of Education shall have power to elect its own officers annually at the first meeting in July; to make its own rules and regulations, subject to the provisions of this article and to the laws of the State of Kansas, to organize and maintain a system of graded schools and high schools; and to exercise the sole control over the schools and property of the schools of the district.
