Section 03-003  Duties of the President
It shall be the duty of the president to preside at all meetings of the Board of Education, to appoint all committees whose appointment is not otherwise provided for, to sign all warrants ordered by the Board of Education to be drawn upon the treasurer for school moneys, and to sign all contracts which are legally binding upon the district.
