Section 04-006  Legal Transaction of Business
The Board of Education can transact business that is legally binding on the school district only when (1) it is in regular or special session, (2) a quorum is present, (3) minutes of the proceedings are recorded.  Making transactions or obligations as individuals outside of Board meetings shall be avoided, and such transactions shall not be legally binding on the district.
