Section 04-007  Presiding Officer
The president of the Board shall preside at all meetings of the Board.  In the event of his/her inability to do so, the vice-president shall perform his/her duties.  In the absence or inability to act of both the president and vice-president, the remaining members shall select a president pro-tem to act in that capacity.
