Section 04-024  Open Meetings Law
All USD 263 regular and special Board of Education meetings shall be held in accordance with the requirements as set forth in KSA 75-4317-4320.  For purposes of this Open Meetings Law being applicable to all USD 263 meetings of the Board, "meeting" shall be defined as "any prearranged gathering or assembly by a majority of a quorum of the membership of the Board".
