Section 05-006  Appointment of Employees
He/she shall make recommendations for appointment, promotion, demotion, and discharge of all school employees.  No vacancies shall be filled without his/her recommendation.  These recommendations shall in most cases be made after consultations with the appropriate building Principal or Principals or Directors/Assistant Superintendent.
