Section 05-010  In-Service Growth of Teachers
He/she shall be responsible for all measures for the improvement of teachers in service.  He/she shall from time to time issue bulletins, circulars, courses of study, and other curricular materials for the improvement of instruction.  The Assistant Superintendent and the Principals shall be involved in the development and implementation of teacher in-service activities.
