Section 05-011  Appraisal of Teaching
It shall be a duty of the Superintendent to appraise and, if possible, improve the quality of the instructional staff through supervision, consultations, meetings, and directives as he/she may see fit. The building Principals shall be the chief resource for such teacher appraisals.  The Assistant Superintendent shall be involved in the teacher appraisal and improvement activities.
