Section 05-019  Purchasing Agent
He/she shall be the purchasing agent of the Board and shall have authority to purchase supplies and equipment under the regulations of the Board.  All general fund expenditures (except salaries) shall be certified by the Superintendent through the use of purchase orders and claim vouchers.
