06-050 Activity Accounts
The Principal shall be responsible for keeping an accurate account of all money
received and expended in connection with his/her school activities.
Such accounting shall be made to the Superintendent at the end of each
month, and shall be subject to audit at the end of each school term, or upon
call by the Superintendent or Board of Education.
All expenditures involving Activity Account funds must be authorized by
purchase orders signed by the Principal, and all expenditures involving General
Funds are to be authorized by purchase orders signed by the Superintendent.
