07-030 Retirement Age
Employees of USD 263 shall be eligible for re-employment as long as their
physical and mental health allow them to function satisfactorily in their
particular job description. USD 263
shall have the right to require that an employee submit to a medical examination
should a question arise as to the ability of the employee to satisfactorily
perform their assigned duties due to physical or mental incapacity.
The expense of the medical examination shall be paid by the district.
