Section 09-004  Special Situations
Parents living more than one mile from any regularly scheduled route may be paid 20.5 cents per mile both ways for two trips per day from the home to the regularly scheduled route, in lieu of district providing such transportation.  No mileage shall be paid for students living less than one mile from the regularly scheduled route, and such transportation shall be the obligation of the parents.
