Workman's Compensation Benefits
No employee of USD 263 receiving
compensation under the Workman's Compensation policy provided by the district
shall be allowed to receive total compensation from a combination of sick leave
pay and Workman's Compensation benefits which would exceed the employee's
regular contracted salary.
