2008 Scholarship Information
MULVANE HIGH SCHOOL BOOSTER CLUB
SCHOLARSHIP INSTRUCTION FORM
The Mulvane High School Booster Club will be awarding five $325.00 scholarships this year. To apply, you are asked to write an essay answering the question “What kind of positive impact has Mulvane High School/Academy had on your life? How?” The essay should be turned in to Mrs. Brown in the counselor’s office on or before April 25th, 2008. Following are the guidelines:
1. The essay should be about “What kind of positive impact has Mulvane High School/Academy had on your life? How?”” The essay should be at least one page but no more than two pages in length. It should be typed, double spaced and have one inch margins.
2. Place a cover page on your essay, which has only your name on it and turn in your essay to Mrs. Brown. It must be received in the counselor’s office on or before April 25th, 2008. Mrs. Brown will remove the cover page from your essay and assign a number to it for the purpose of anonymity. The essays will be judged by three members of the Mulvane community, and the winners will be announced at the senior awards assembly.
