This is a copy of the letter you will receive after a students 3rd non-dress in a quarter!

Dear Parents or Guardians of: _________________________,
I am writing you this letter to inform you that your student has received their ____ non-dress of the ____ quarter. This has lowered their current grade to a ____. If this is their 5th non-dress of the quarter this is the final notice you will receive. The student is aware of this rule as detailed in the class syllabus given to them at the beginning of the semester. They were instructed to have their signature as well as their parent or guardians signature on the syllabus, then return the syllabus to me for their first grade of the semester. Students can non make up non-dresses, and their grade will lower as follows:
1 non-dress = loss of 10 points
2 non-dress = drop to a B
3 non-dress= drop to a C
4 non-dress = drop to a D
5 non-dress = drop to a F, Fail the quarter.
