Facility Steering Committee District Wide Master Planning

Volunteers Needed

Mulvane Public School has embarked on an exciting process of developing a Strategic Facilities Master Plan that will guide our school district for the next 10 to 15 years.

 

A critically important element of this process is a Steering Committee of 30-40 members that represent a broad cross-section of our community including parents, teachers, administrative staff, and community members.

 

The Steering Committee has the important task of facilitating the development of a plan as we prepare to position our school district and community for the future.

 

The Steering Committee is responsible for reviewing demographic and facility data, examining future trends that will impact education, engaging the community in a dialogue regarding future direction, reviewing budget and funding, formulating options for addressing program and facility needs, and presenting recommendations to the Board of Education regarding the future direction of Mulvane Public Schools.
