Jan. 16 Superintendent Interview

Dr. Robert Diepenbrock will be interviewing for the position of Superintendent with the Board of Education on the evening of January 16, 2018.

Dr. Diepenbrock is one of the six candidates that the USD 263 board of education will be interviewing.  Candidates were selected for interviews based on their fit with the desired characteristics that were developed with input from focus groups that were utilized throughout the search process.

Dr. Diepenbrock is currently serving as the Superintendent of Schools in USD 331, Kingman-Norwich Kansas.  He is in his 8th year in that position.  Previously, Bob served as a Superintendent, Elementary Principal, and Middle-High School Principal for 5 years in USD 492 Flinthills, and High School Principal for USD 267 Andale for 1 year.

                11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.     Meet with district office staff and district administration

                12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.       Tour of district facilities and community

                2:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.         Meet with community leaders

                2:30 p.m.-2:45 p.m.         Break

                2:45 p.m.-3:30 p.m.         Meet with the Superintendent

                3:30 p.m.-3:45 p.m.         Meet with the MEA President

                3:45 p.m.-4:30 p.m.         Reception with general public and district staff

                4:30 p.m-5:30 p.m.          Break

                5:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.         Light dinner with board of education

                6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.         Formal interview with the board of education conducted in executive session
