OBJECTIVES:
To drive student designed electrically powered vehicles as far as possible for one hour on a closed loop course.

To provide a forum where skill and ingenuity may be displayed, compared, and tested.

To improve public/student awareness and understanding of efficient alternate transportation.

To create an affordable sport defined by established rules in which groups and schools can participate competitively and safely.

To provide an exciting competition for students while learning about power, energy, electricity, teamwork, and project planning.
