Library Science
Hi! I'm the librarian at Munson Primary and the high school. I have been working with children for the past 30 years. I have owned and operated my own personal daycare, managed Newman University's daycare center and taught preschool there, student taught in Kindergarten, taught third grade in Wichita and was a librarian in the Wichita Public Schools and have worked in Mulvane the last six years as the librarian.
I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Newman University, my master's degree from Baker University and my Library Media endorsement from Wichita State University. I have been married to my high school sweetheart Scott for 33 years. We have two sons; Jared and Brett. Our family loves to travel together and this summer we went to Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina. Whew was it hot! We spent some time at Tybee Island to cool off. Thank goodness we can travel again!
I'm looking forward to seeing all of my students again and meeting my new ones. I am blessed to work in Mulvane and so grateful to be doing what I love. I think this year is going to be an outstanding year! Let's get WILD ABOUT READING, WILDCATS!!

Monday - Munson all day Tuesday - Munson a.m., High School p.m. Wednesday - High School all day Thursday and Friday - Munson most of the day, will be at the High School 6th and 7th hour. |
