Mulvane is home to me and my family, and education is my passion. One of my favorite quotes is from Albert Einstein: "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow." This has been my goal as a public educator, to enrich lives through learning.
After graduating from Mulvane High School, I attended Friends University and began my career in education. I taught Social Studies, including Psychology, Sociology, World Geography, World History, and I sponsored Student Council. After earning my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Baker University, I worked as a high school Assistant Principal and Activities Director for twelve years. Recently, I served as the Principal at Mulvane High School. My two daughters are Wildcats, attending Mulvane schools with me.
I'm grateful to serve the entire district with Special Services, Communication, and as the Title XI Coordinator.
