Track & Field Announcements

 

Students planning on going out  for track and field who are not out for basketball or wrestling are encouraged to take part in after school workouts in the weight room.  These workouts take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week.  For more information, please go to Mr. Landes room (401) track information must be picked up when signing up. Track begins on Monday, February 25th.

 

 

Track practice will begin on Monday, February 25th at the track at 3:25.  All track athletes must have a physical form in the office before they can practice.  If there are any questions, see Coach Landes in room 401.
