USD 263 Immunization Notice
Immunization Notice:
Parents, please check with your child's doctor this summer to ensure he/she is current with their immunizations for the upcoming school year. Updated immunization records need to be turned in to your school nurse before the first day of school. Kansas Law requires all children in daycares and schools to be up-to-date on immunizations. You can email your school nurse if you have questions regarding your child's immunizations, or refer to the Immunization Requirement Cheat Sheet attached.
Please don't wait until school starts to update your child's immunizations, as immunization appointments book up fast.
Grade levels that have required updated immunizations:
Prior to Pre-K
Prior to Kindergarten
Prior to 7th grade
Prior to 11th Grade
