Mulvane Boys Cross Country
3 Time 4A State Champs!!!
The boys cross country team won their third consecutive state championship on Saturday at the 4A state meet in Wamego. In a dominating performance, the boys placed 4 in the top 8 finishers and 5 in the top 16. All-State medalists included Evan, who finished 2nd, Nick 4th, Nikki 5th, Wyatt 8th and Josh 16th. Trevor and Jake rounded out the state championship team. Amber and Haley ran very well in the girls’ race with Amber finishing 38th and Haley 41st.

This is the 3rd year in a row these boys have returned to Mulvane with the state title. They are the first team in any sport in Mulvane history to win three consecutive titles.

Seniors Nikki, Wyatt and Josh finished their high school career with 3 state championship rings, 3 All-State honors each, 3 regional championships and 3 league championships. Thank you seniors for your leadership and all your hard work. You wore the block “M” with pride.
