National Showcase Schools® award serves as a testament to the commitment held by the campus community to
foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Each year, National Showcase Schools undergo a meticulous selection process, evaluating essential performance
indicators, collecting campus data, and seeking feedback from both staff and students. The outcomes reflect the
successful integration of the Capturing Kids’ Hearts® Process, showcasing the unique culture and climate of each

Hearts (CKH) follow-through and relationships fostered. I see how authentically CKH flows through my kids’
teachers and paras every time I’m in the building. What warms my heart even more, is also seeing CKH bonds
between students and the “lunch hens,” secretaries, nurses, custodians and all the MGS staff. I can’t remember
a time I’ve walked through the halls at MGS and been greeted without a warm and genuine smile too, which is
