ANNOUNCEMENTS:

From Mr. Keller:  Auditions for Color Guard will be Monday, March 23rd from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Mulvane High School in the Band Room.  No Experience is required.

 

From the Office:  If you have a loaner agenda, please bring it to the office after school and check it in.

 

From Mrs. Clasen:  Team Green members meeting briefly during advisement Today, Thursday, March 12th.  Information will be shared about our re-scheduled trip to Topeka.

 

From the Library:  It’s time to vote for your favorite William Allen White book. Voting has begun voting ends April 30th.  You must have read at least 2 books from the William Allen White Children’s Book Master list for grades 6-8.  You get to vote for one. Visit the library to pick up your ballot.  Return it to Mrs. Entwisle or Ms. Penny.

 

From Mrs. Perkins: Reminder for all students:  

--At lunch, students are not to share food, offer food, take food, or touch others' food, trays, silverware, or napkins.

--At lunch, students are to take care of their own trash and trays and not to pile all of their trash onto another student's tray.

--At lunch, students are not to take food or trash outside. If a student has a cold lunch in a lunch bag, that lunch bag needs to be zipped up and closed once the student is done eating.

--During passing period and lunch, students should take the opportunity to wash their hands with soap and water throughout the day.    If sneezing, students need to use a tissue or sneeze into the crook of their arm.

 

From Mrs. Ball:  Driver’s Ed forms are available in the office.  8th graders need to be 14th on or before April 16th.  Forms & payments are due by April 19th.

 

From MRC:  USSSA Baseball & Softball Information sheets from MRC deadline March 15th.

 

From Mrs. Crouse:: The Annual Rubik’s Cube Competition will be held in Maize on April 2nd.  Come join our team and Master the Cube.

Everyone is welcome.  Please report to Ms. Crouse’s advisory every Friday as soon as attendance has been taken.  We will continue to practice until the competition date!

 

REMINDER: Best Behavior at lunch.

 

From Mrs. Perkins:  In the morning MMS students are to sit in the Main gym in their assigned class sections before school begins. 

MMS students are NOT to be standing in the hallways.

 

During breakfast MMS students please remember to put your bags on the table and not the floor.

 

During lunch MMS students are to walk around the outside of the commons to line up for the lunch lines.  DO NOT CUT in line.

 

From the Library:  Just a reminder, PLEASE turn in all borrowed Chromebooks at the end of the day.
