Cafe Prepay
A credit/debit option for student lunches
Mulvane USD 263 Food Service is now offering our patrons another payment option when paying for student meals. We now accept credit/debit cards through Café Prepay. We will still accept cash and checks as usual. The credit/debit card payment option is only available through the web; the schools are not be able to process a credit/debit card transaction. At this time, only school meals are available for purchase. You may visit the district website at www.usd263.com to use the Café Prepay link. It is on the front page under the weather report or you may access the site at https://www.pay4lunch.com/Login.aspx . There is a $2.50 transaction fee when paying with your credit/debit card.
Credit/debit card payments made before 10 a.m. will be available to the student for lunch that day. Any payments made after that time will be available the next business day. You will immediately receive an email receipt upon completion of the credit/debit transaction. Your child’s account is updated automatically. Automatic replenishment of your student’s account using your credit/debit card is also available. You will also be able to view your student's balance and purchases using the same website.
